Part of my early childhood was spent in Peru. I would see my grandma wash our clothes with a jumbo soap bar, which was also a staple in most middle-class households. This piece sheds a light on the struggle of low-income families across the world. Not only they are at high risk of exposure due to job standards, but they must now adjust to new health guidelines. Taking into consideration their limited resources and a lack of government support.
