All Hands On Deck

Currently the world is dealing with uncertainty, and in some cases, fear surrounding COVID-19. However, there are those who are on the frontlines risking their lives to care and comfort others. There is not enough words to express my gratefulness and gratitude to those who get up ready to face a world and an environment others are trying to avoid. Thank you to the doctors, nurses who are dealing with this pandemic head on. Thank you to the grocery store workers who ring up items we need to survive. Thank you to the road workers who make sure essential workers can get to work safely. Thank you to the truck drivers who deliver goods to stores, helping to keep them stocked with supplies we so desperately need. Thank you to the police officers who work to keep us safe from danger and harm. Thank you to the mail carriers who deliver letters, and important information. Thank you to the cooks, and restaurant staff who are serving to feed families of those who may not have the resources to cook a homemade meal. There are so many more essential workers that are not included. I just want all of you to know, that you are appreciated. We thank you more than words will ever be able to describe. This too shall pass, and the light when shine again. Hebrew 6:10 NIV reads: "God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. This image represent all hands on deck of the workers on the frontlines. It is also our responsibility to do our part and take a hands on approach all while practicing social distancing. All Hands On Deck!: A- Always wash your hands. H- Help others by staying home. O- Obey the social distancing rules. D- Do something nice for others. Illustration by Taylor Worthey
