I am from a small beach town called the Outer Banks, North Carolina all the way east as it gets on the United States. We do not really have much here considering we live on a sandbar surrounded by the sound and the ocean. Our jobs have been shut down and these are the times we rely on tourist to make our income to survive the next winter here. There are not many people that live on this Island but we are doing everything we can to stay safe. If you are not a resident of the Outer Banks you are not able to enter or come across our bridge as it is shut down. Around the world the beaches are shutting down and this is such a social change; however ours is not shut down at least not yet. There is a lot of sand to social distance ourselves here on the beach for those who need fresh air.
