During these testing times it is very important that we take care of our mental health. The uncertainties around us can overwhelm us, putting many at risk of having anxiety disorders. Taking a break and being grateful for what we have could be a great way to calm our minds. We often don't appreciate what we have, instead worry about what we don't have, or what is not in our control. Gratitude holds power! What we have could be what someone else is praying for. So lets take a break and count our blessings and we shall get through this together.
