Be a Hunger Saviour.
The more privilege you have, the more opportunity you have.⠀⠀⠀ The more opportunity you have, the more responsibility you have. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Lockdown days have been hard for all of us. ⠀⠀⠀ We’ve been cut off from meeting our friends, going on trips, eating out & million other things we take for granted. But all these are trivialities compared to the condition of the daily wage workers; the one whose amount of dinner and even the presence of it is dependent on how much they earn throughout the day. ⠀⠀⠀ They have survived for as long as they can with meagre proportions for them and their families, but now it’s been over a month since the lockdown, their funds have started to deplete. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ I’m sure we all have seen reports of labourers walking thousands of kilometres across the country to go back to their native villages. Such is their plight. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ If you are in a position privileged enough to be able to help those in need, please do so. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Shoutout to the ones actually making a #newchange, in whatever scale. ⠀⠀⠀ You can contact @feedingindia and donate, in cash or kind. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ (https://www.feedingindia.org/donate) ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Let’s be a part of this cause. ⠀⠀⠀ You’ll save entire families from being forced to go to bed hungry. ⠀⠀
