Health and wellness is important for us and our planet. Learning to reduce electricity, turn of Wifi, and unplug unused items, especially when we rest, is important for better sleep and to recharge us. Less EMF exposure for us and our Earth helps ourselves and nature. These daily steps will promote health and wellness and better mental health. We will see and feel better tomorrow when we are mindful to unplug when we rest, and when we can, to reduce electricity. Be kind to our planet and ourselves and the Bees and nature will thank us! We will create a Better Tomorrow!
