Breath Again

This a piece focused on reminding us the importance of mental health during these tough times. Often, we are so engrossed in our to do lists and worries that sometimes we forget to just breath and when we finally take in that deep breath it feels great and we realize how much we needed it. Meditation and prayer teach us that nothing is permanent, so right now we just need to keep breathing, we will be okay we will get through this.
