Breathe
I made this piece when I began to feel that breathing has become a sort of luxury. Can’t just do it willy-nilly in groceries stores and bars like you used to. Like I used to. My favorite ‘stay well’ trick has always been this breathing exercise. You slowly breathe in through one nostril imagining the air as beautiful (whatever that looks like to you) and all the good coming in with that air and you breathe out through the other nostril- exhaling all the anxiety, stress and fear (whatever that looks like to you) It’s an incredible exercise which now should probably be done at home, through a homemade face covering.
