In these turbulent times people are engulfed by anxiety, depression, fear, and lack of control over their lives. All of our lives have been upended, with no end in sight and casualties surrounding us. We need to be reminded to be calm, ground ourselves in the moment and trust that this will pass. Breathe in, breathe out. This is temporary.
