This piece is inspired by those who are providing groceries and hot meals to food- insecure members in my community. During the Covid19 pandemic, Asian neighborhoods in the U.S.—including Seattle's Chinatown-International District—have been exceptionally hard-hit. Xenophobia coupled with the economic shut-down has been devastating. Now more than ever, we have a responsibility to our most vulnerable citizens. We can show love and care.
