Anxiety and fear is something that are plaguing all of us right now. This has also led to rising social tensions among communities which is a major concern that needs our immediate attention.Words like "chinese virus" circulated through fake social media content and our political figures, plague our minds and lead to distress and civil unrest in society. This brings us to say that we need to sanitize these words from our thoughts as much as we are sanitizing the virus from our hands.
