This piece has been a labour of love and empathy. I have been inspired by the many individuals who are struggling with the stigma of mental health, to those brave souls who suffer in silence, I wanted to create a future that is bright and removes the stigma of mental health. I wanted their hearts and souls to be free from the cages and prisons of their minds. It gives me hope for a better and kinder future after the pandemic; consideration and compassion for the struggles of others without visible wounds.
