The pandemic has revealed protective gears as the new Graal of our time. But in addition to being a tragedy it is a pivotal time where we can curb the global wildlife trade. If we do so, not only do we save species form extinction but we also limit the spread of infectious diseases like covid19. I submit this work as an answer to 'what will we leave behind?' and stopping consumption of pangolin scales, as well as other controversial remedies should be part of tomorrow and tomorrow's effort to increase global health
