Dear Team at Amplifier, I have decided to participate in Amplifier because the current pandemic has brought me back to art and to what I love and care about with even more force. I was about to start a job in a hotel in Spain but suddenly everything was cancelled so, like so many others, I just had to stay at home. Originally from Peru, this identity is always evident in my work, and, for sure, I'm a feminist which also figures in my art. The faces of the women in my pictures are the faces of my mother and grandmother because they gave me the strength to believe in myself. Thanks for this opportunity.
