Being gone through depression, I have known the way it hurts, like needles poking your brain time and again. So, this was my take on depression. The needles poking the center, which represents the brain. The colorful circular part represents the good positive thoughts in the brain. The needles poking through the positive part and reaching the black area (representing negative thoughts). But in all the negativity there is still peace and hope, represented in white. This hope is the one which will let you out of the darkness one day.
