Don’t forget to breathe
Mental health is always important and even more so than ever now during this time of physical distancing and heightened anxiety in our community and all over the world due to COVID-19. Our state of mind is the most important factor as it dictates our overall health and influences the path we take in life. Self care is crucial and we all need to dedicate time for it. So take a minute or thirty and meditate, exercise , play or whatever else you like to do to relax... just don't forget to breathe.
