Love Yourself is a daily reminder for mental health. A statement that has two components - the first being that you must love yourself to find happiness and second, to mind your self talk and thoughts when you are alone (hence the quote in the form of a brain). You talk to yourself the most. You might as well be friends with that person. Put an end to the negative mindset. Zooming out, loving yourself is the basis for us all to recover from this worldwide trauma currently. In a way, sheltering in place has been great for just this - focusing on one’s self and re-learning how to self nourish.
