Aditi Raychoudhury

I wanted to present an intimate portrait of us sheltering in place while an insidious killer that no amount of handwashing or masks can prevent takes over the very thing that defines us as humans: social contact. As we struggle against our distraught children, snippy spouses, simmering cabin fever and colossal uncertainty, a riotous explosion of colors awaits right outside! It’s beauty.. as if a radical act of defiance against death and despair. So, too, will our lives blossom back in full technicolor, if we too can ferociously seek little pleasures and wholly embrace isolation.
