This piece is meant to represent the effect that mindfulness and meditation can have on your mental health. We are such angry people, caught up in our thoughts. Sometimes the best thing you can do is separate yourself from that, as seen in this illustration, and try to focus on the present. Practicing mindfulness has been one of the main methods I've used to combat my anxiety and depression, and I want other people to know how well it works.
