During this time of isolation we want nothing more than to hug the ones we love. However the best way to show our love for someone is to stay away. Just because we can’t see our loved ones doesn’t mean we can’t reach out via technology. Loneliness and stress can make ones mental health deteriorate. Checking on our loved ones by calling them lets them know they are loved.
