This piece was made to represent first responders around the world fighting COVID-19. It illustrates doctors, nurses, scientists, fireman and policeman surrounding an image of the virus as they all work together to lower its continued spread. I drew these images from photos I’ve seen online of these first responders in action from various places in the world. The background has an inverted Red Cross to symbolize the importance of health and sanitation at this time. This is a mixed media piece made with watercolor and ink markers.
