The red circle with 3 dots This symbol and the idea for the International Banner of Peace were both composed by artist, mystic, and activist Nicholas Roerich. Drawn from various historical symbols, the figure was meant as a cultural equivalent to the Red Cross. It will take a global effort to eradicate this horrible pandemic. But it is also and opportunity for peace. We need global peace to fight the real enemy.
