Moderation is the key of life and Life is a Balance of many things.  Now more than ever we need to use our time wisely and create healthy habits to remain in a positive mental state.  Making sure to have enough time for ourselves and our family and friends as well as exercise and eating right and getting enough rest is so important.  Remember we need time with nature, screen time, meditation, stretch and exercise and social connections are important so we can all feel less alone.  Learn to love yourself more and appreciate yourself and others.   Our lives are now different but we can dream the life we want, one day at a time.  Do the things you love, but do remember too much of anything can be unhealthy.  Keep in mind all the things we need to stay balanced in our lives.  Love yourself and the world around you, it loves you back!  Find your personal space and your Happy Place!
