A state, period, or place of isolation in which a person might have the disease is kept from other people to prevent the disease. My heart goes to people to all those with depression and other issues that are making social distancing difficult. Please let's be strong, and let us be brave through this together. Let's practice self-care, love ourselves, keep busy, spread kindness around, heal so that we do not bleed on people who didn't cut us, spread more love and be there for each other.
