I have always believed that a part of mental health is connected to the energy around us. What we put out into the world we receive back. Matters of mental health are amplified during this time of Covid. As a society it is our duty to have patience and kindness with one another, so we can all work together to heal. As we heal, the world heals, and we give back in an endless cycle of mindfulness and meditation. Growing up as an Indian American, I always turned to my art to express myself. Mental health was always a bit of a taboo topic in my culture, which is why I felt so strongly about this piece. I imagined this concept as a simple image/logo that can stand the test of time.
