I was inspired recently by a family friend who works in the ICU, she was afraid for her safety because there was a shortage of face masks for her team. With an infant at home, the long hours and safety concerns felt mentally exhausting. Many healthcare workers are feeling stress at home as well as at work. A face mask can be symbolic of both safety and self care; with this message I wanted inspire people like our friend to take a moment to bring wellness into their day.
