The origami dove is a reminder of our individual flexibility and ability for transformation. We can rise from the mud, fly out from the darkness, and be the light that ignites hope. As a mental health worker and advocate, hope has been the common thread interlacing us together throughout this difficult time. We all share the same sun. We all share the same heartbeat. We all share the same “H.O.P.E. - Hold On, Pandemic Ends.”
