Adapting to this new reality of confinement at home, for the majority of the population who can do it, has undoubtedly been something challenging in terms of mental health. In this field, the main psychological impact to date is high rates of stress or anxiety. Fortunately, there are ways to get around, or at least, smooth out, this problem...making time for what is good for our mind, holding on to activities that truly lift our soul... If we focus on what we are passionate about, we are closer to preventing us from sinking into an ocean of a negative state of mind.
