We’ve been all through difficult and uncertain times, so I designed this poster to help others to remind that they need to stay hopeful, they have that strength in them and what’s important is setting a healthy well being and mindset. We all need to protect ourselves for a period of time but also keep hopeful and motivate ourselves.
