Inspired by some street art in my neighborhood, as well as the fact I haven’t been able to hug anyone in over a year being high risk, I am now thankfully vaccinated. I understand and respect and honor BIPOC potential hesitancy due to systemic, traumatic, medical treatment in the pasts. These vaccines are safe and our best bet at hopefully someday getting COVID-19 under control.
