This piece is in reference to 'mental health', this pandemic has been extremely distressing and impairing. But a reminder, that we are in this together and we'll work on it together. Nothing is permanent and this shall too pass and the mess too shall get sorted. Finding our new normal, talking about our feelings and being kind to ourselves, is something we can depend on till this passes.
