This piece is part of a series of illustrations created to stimulate imaginations to visualize another world, especially one safer and more conducive to healing for children, youth and adults of color. It was written while experiencing treatment for chronic lyme disease during a time when the world was experiencing a global pandemic, one that I hope will transform our world toward justice and healing.
