Life has its ways of creating balance between the positive and negative in its own miraculous way. Light can exist if only darkness does as well. There has been many times of despair and sickness on this very planet that we share but let’s not forget that those times were followed by the victory of humankind’s unity and determination. To remind everybody that this pandemic will also eventually come to a resolution, I chose to utilize Gustave Doré’s Plague of Jerusalem to prove that no matter how dark a night can become, there will always be light at the end.
