It’s ok not to be ok
In a time where we are focusing on maintaining our physical health - mental health often times gets overlooked. The goal of this piece is to address the importance of our mental health and convey that we are allowed to feel a certain way. While it's ok to feel good, it's also ok to have negative feelings.
