I know a lot of people deal with overwhelming feelings and talking to someone or therapy isn’t an option for some. That’s where I found my comfort in Journaling.It wasn’t easy at first but it became better. I just want to promote journaling because a lot of people dismiss it as lame or unhelpful. But if you give it time. It will help you at least conceal if not heal.
