The pandemic was pivotal in learning to love myself. I began to reflect on my own struggles and understood that I could help reveal the beauty, chaos, and complexity of adolescence. My love for photography has helped me gain different perspectives, cope with life’s challenges and achieve a growing understanding of myself. Making sense of the important transitions that adolescents face in their search for independence and identity are at the core of my work.
