The lifestyle we have become accustomed to, has completely changed. The lack of physical contact with other family members and friends will take time to get used to. Adapting to these changes, managing the fear of contracting the virus and worry about those close to us who are vulnerable, are challenging for all of us. It can be extremely difficult for people with mental health conditions. Make sure to keep in regular contact with people close to you by telephone and online platforms. You never know who may be struggling, so be kind to one another.
