This is a message of hope to encourage everyone to keep their peace during these troubling times by cutting themselves off from the things that rob them of their peace. No matter what the news or anyone else says about our present circumstances, we ultimately have the choice of whether or not we're going to receive the negativity they broadcast. We don't have to watch the news, and we don't have to receive the negative reports relayed to us, regardless if they are true or not. Instead, we can watch something else, and that is how we keep our peace.
