"Kiss Your Life," 30x40 inches, acrylic on wood panel. My paintings are reminders to myself - and to all of us. Reminders that we are all made up of many layers; that we get to choose our perspective in any situation and in our lives; that beauty and hope are possible, even in the most challenging times. I believe in hope and possibility and perspective with every fiber of my being, and still I need reminders - now more than ever. We all do. The "reminder" in this painting exists on its surface: "Kiss your life." We must take nothing for granted, count our blessings, look for the goodness and look for the helpers and be the helpers and breathe.
