My sister runs a small bakery and lost more than 90% of her business due to the current crisis. Since no one was ordering cakes, to keep her business running and her employees from being laid off she changed her business to delivering delicious, healthy and safe home cooked meals to her customers at a time when no big restaurants, fast food chains or popular coffee shops were open. It is such an inspiring example to show how relevant and caring small businesses are. I hope we come out on the other side of this crisis with a better understanding of the value of small businesses and building communities.
