Even when you keep yourself busy with work or household stuff, there is a time when your own thoughts start bombarding in your mind. To avoid any sort of negative attack on your mind, meditate. Find your happy place, live, and explore it. Because it is the escape your mind is looking for in this period of monotonous and scary life.
