Don’t hoard your feelings, let them flow, mentally & spiritually help yourself grow!” 🌱 May is Mental Health Awareness Month. ⭐️ Mental health is just as important as physical health. We all at some point of time in life need psychological help but we always give it a second thought and most of the times it remains uncovered and hinders our bodies in ways that are deep rooted. Going to therapy is cool! Mental illness does not define you and is nothing to be ashamed of, we need to speak it out and end the stigma. #therapyiscool 🕊 I created this artwork which tells a story we all are familiar with. One should always let their emotions flow and not hold on too tight. For when we are aware of our emotions we can grow! Your feelings are valid. Your emotions make sense, let them flow. Talk it out! It doesn’t make you any less of a sacred being. Just as Nature does lets not judge each another and lend a helping hand. For we are here to end these generational wounds and set the world free! 🌏✨
