Mental Health Support Card

I chose to design a poster that would serve as a positive mental health message. As someone who lives with anxiety, I do my best to use breathing techniques to pull me out of the idea that I'm dealing with hardship all on my own and back into a space where I'm connected with something much larger than myself where everyone is welcome and at peace. We find ourselves in a unique position to find alternative ways to connect with one another and I find calm breathing is one of the strongest ways to let inspiration open new paths for communication. I hope this message serves as a peaceful reminder that our collective strength is at times challenged but always accessible.
