This comic is a metaphor for my mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. I made so much progress in therapy and was ready to start doing the things that weren’t possible for me at my worst. Now I feel stuck. Trapped. My mental illness now looms over me when just a few weeks ago it was nothing but sunshine and possibilities.
