Raavana—of the Ramayana epic was the king of Lanka and of all demons. He is known to have ten heads, which are symbolic of the burden of his heinous character. In present times, we are all burdened by the mental health issues we go through, sometimes all at once. This artwork relates those issues to the feeling of bearing ten different heads.
