Reconnecting with my mom is a new beginning for me.. I have gone years without her by my side again. Missing your mom is a hard thing as a teenage girl, seeing everyone with their moms.. Going out, putting on makeup together, sharing clothes, shopping, manicures, pedicures, baking, cooking together. It’s a tough time when you have to watch other people get what you needed at a young fragile age. Reconnecting with my mom this time was important to me. Two peas in a pod me and her. I remeber cuddling with her on the couch, sharing ice cream playing Temple Run for hours. I loved the time we spent together, but sometimes things don’t happen the way they’re supposed to. A new thing I’m learning as we grow now together. Time feels limitless when I’m with her, we could take the world by our hands. Patience is what she’s taught me for years being placid is key to success to stay strong. She’s the strongest person I know. I know that time is filing by as I grow before her eyes, looking more like her reflection everyday. Her beauty is contagious.
