My work refers to precautions taken to cover mouths to limit the spread of infection and draws awareness to the importance of speaking out about virus related issues. These include; limited availability of Personal Protective Equipment, financial issues caused by unemployment, and helping the most vulnerable. The text resembles censorship bars referencing voices that are often not heard in society. Communication is needed for mental health and social change world wide. Governments have made changes regarding financial support due to people using their voices. The colours used reflect uniforms used by healthcare workers and symbolises multinational affect of the virus.
