I have not seen my friend without a mask on in years, but I was able to hang out with him with his mask off while eating chicken from KFC. I feel reconnected with him because of how long we have been apart. We have slowly got closer together, but it feels the same now that we do not have our masks on. It was so much fun eating some chicken together again like normal.
