There are so many unknowns regarding COVID-19, but if there is one consistent piece of advice it is to wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands. Before this current situation, I had rarely washed my hands for a FULL 20 seconds. As the months go on and we naturally slip back into old habits, the “20-Second Rule” will need to be reinforced to minimize future outbreaks.
