In Brazil, more than 11 million people live in the favelas (slums). There, governamental administrative actions are scarce and the impact of social inequality exists in all corners. lack of basic sanitation, not efficient health system and poor financial aid. How do you think you are now in a time of pandemic? Many communities depend on us to get through this period. How? Donations of masks, alcohol gel, food, personal care items and more. Information and awareness of all kinds is necessary, as there is also a lack of coherent direction. Many NGOs and independent leaders and residents of the favelas have promoting community awareness through actions and campaigns. However, they need help and donations. I hope this art can help in the COVID-19 prevention on poor communities around the world. Their voices and life are important! Collective care is the road to a better future!
